Eastern Siberia. FEWER-Eurasia and INCAS Consulting co-operate on assignments in Russia and on early warning.
Urban Guru provides digital media services. We are a full-service agency offering design, programming, consultancy, strategy and PR services to a wide range of international clients. Urban Guru provides the IT-design skills required for INCAS Consulting assignments.
